install
Install Select Equal Subpositions.
After purchase, download the .package file from Payhip or your shmlv. account. Keep a backup copy somewhere easy to find.
Before you start
This is a Studio One / Fender Studio Pro script package, not a VST, AU, AAX, or standalone app. Do not put it in VST3, Components, Plug-Ins, or any plugin scanner folder.
1. Close the DAW
Quit Studio One or Fender Studio Pro completely before copying the file. Restarting only the song is not enough.
2. Open the Scripts folder
Use the Scripts folder for the host app you run. If you have both Studio One versions installed, copy the package into the version you actually use. If a user folder already exists inside Scripts, put the package there.
C:\Program Files\PreSonus\Studio One 6\Scripts\C:\Program Files\PreSonus\Studio One 7\Scripts\C:\Program Files\Fender\Studio\Scripts\C:\Program Files\PreSonus\Studio One 7\Scripts\user\On Windows, copying into Program Files may ask for administrator permission. Approve the copy, then fully restart the DAW.
On macOS, right-click the app, choose Show Package Contents, then open the matching Scripts folder.
/Applications/Studio One 6.app/Contents/Scripts//Applications/Studio One 7.app/Contents/Scripts//Applications/Fender Studio.app/Contents/Scripts//Applications/Studio One 7.app/Contents/Scripts/user/3. Copy the package
Copy the Select Equal Subpositions .package file into the Scripts folder. Do not unzip the package.
4. Restart and assign commands
Open the DAW, go to Keyboard Shortcuts, search for Select Equal, then assign keys to the modes you want to use.
If the command disappears after an update
Some host updates can replace app folders. Copy the backed-up .package file into the Scripts folder again, then restart the DAW.
